6:30 a.m. - Every morning when my alarm rings at 6:30am, instead of lazing around in bed, I wake my children up; one is studying in Junior High school and another is in sixth grade in Primary school. Fortunately, I have a sweet husband who has the habit of getting up early and always helps me to prepare their breakfast whilst I make coffee for the family. I send them to the door at 7 and say my goodbyes before getting ready for my day at work.

8:00 a.m. -  I have been with ConvaTec for 18 years, and am currently working as an Associate Business Manager in Taiwan. I really value my work, and pay close attention to my progress every day.

9:00 a.m. - This morning I assisted an ostomy patient. As well as taking care of him, I also taught his family step-by-step how to use our products. I also encouraged them not fear and worry about everything, and provided them with some relative information about the ostomy surgery, as well as sharing some methods to look for assistance. With the help and information I provide, I can gain the trust of my patients. This make my work every day more fulfilling. 

1:00 p.m. - After finishing my stoma education, I have to drive 1.5 hours to assist my colleague Anita who is in charge of the ER unit in a hospital. Emergency physicians, emergency specialist and emergency nurses are attending an acute wound management class. I use some of the real-life example I have, and share my experience with the group. Feedback from the seminars was positive, and the group is very interested to use our products! I like to help my colleagues because I think that teamwork is very important. I am willing and happy to share information! 
3:00 p.m. - Our mission is to drive for excellence in all we do anticipating and addressing our customer’s needs with advanced technologies and best-in-class products and services, and these are also some of the areas I share with my colleagues on how we can bring more value to the business by increasing call points from once a week to three times a week. How we can also bring Value with each call by:
1) Building trust and knowing each other
2) Knowing product differences and benefits
3) Offering a professional service to patients and healthcare provides.             

5:00 p.m. - I like to discuss product information with our doctors and patients. Through their experience sharing, I can in turn share this with other customers. Our patients are teachers; we learn from them and can better understand the needs of our customers.

5:30 p.m. - In my personal time, I will accompany my son to play badminton. This is a common sport for our entire family. We encourage our children to learn and to participate in the competition and use this chance to share our ideas and give support and encouragement to them – when facing a strong opponent, their attitude is very important, that they do not need to be afraid to lose, and use every failure to continue accumulating experience so that they can prepare themselves and reflect on whether they have given their best shot. I have always told them to keep a keen learning attitude with enthusiasm, and to be positive in whatever they have to face.
