Our formal performance management process measures individual performance against objectives, along with demonstration of our values and behaviours. Twice a year we have formal performance appraisals, with a yearly development review also taking place.

Employees with access to our online Performance and Talent Development portal are able to drive their performance development reviews, set agreed objectives, and review their performance throughout the year with their manager.
